Fun Facts About Therizinosaurus!

The Therizinosaurus was a really strange-looking dinosaur with some very unique features. One of the most amazing features of the Therizinosaurus were its long, sharp claws. These claws were as long as grown-up's arms and were shaped like huge scythes. Doesn't that sound scary? However the Therizinosaurus didn't use it's sharp claws to hunt other dinosaurs, instead it used the claws to reach up and grab hard-to-reach leaves and branches to eat. The Therizinosaurus was really big and had a long neck too, which also helped it reach leaves and plants high up in the trees. Its big body was covered in feathers, just like a bird! Imagine a giant, feathered dinosaur walking around with huge sythe like claws!
